Waiver of Liability:
• By registering for this event, you acknowledge that participation in NASSAM 2026, including any associated activities such as scenic drives or the car show, is voluntary and done at your own risk. You agree not to hold the event organizers, sponsors, or venue responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during the event.
• Please note: A more detailed waiver will be provided for signature upon arrival at the event.

Privacy Policy:
• We respect your privacy. All personal information provided during registration will only be used for event-related communications, including event updates, merchandise orders, and hotel booking details. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Terms of Participation:
• By registering for NASSAM 2026, you agree to follow all event guidelines, respect local laws, and act in a manner that is safe and respectful to other attendees, staff, and the community. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund. 

Return and Refund Policy

Merchandise:
• All merchandise purchased through our registration platform is to be picked up at the event (NASSAM 2026, June 21-27, 2026, in Kingston Ontario).
• All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any merchandise after purchase.

Event Registration:
• Event registration fees are refundable up to 30 days prior to the event.
• To request a refund, please contact us at nassam2026@gmail.com by May 21, 2026.
• After May 21, 2026, all registration fees are non-refundable.
