Please click on the "go to register" button below and fill in the form so we have your information and then come back to the store and pick what you want.  : IMPORTANT NOTE:  Fill out the form on the "REGISTER" page (click grey box just below) then, after filling out the form, click the box at the bottom of that page to come back here. 

When back here scroll PAST the "REGISTER" button below and down to the items. Pick what you want including the "registration" item. Be sure to select how many of each that you want. When you check out, your registration fees will be part of the total.
